Every video carries an on-screen AI disclosure by default, and you also get an unbranded, MLS-safe export. You can switch the label off for a project, which records that you accept responsibility for the disclosure rules in your market. We strongly advise keeping it on for California listings and anything you upload to an MLS.

In the US, California's AB 723 requires ads with digitally altered images to say so and to give access to the original photos, so keep the originals with the listing. In Australia, state regulators such as NSW Fair Trading and Queensland's Office of Fair Trading have warned against misleading AI-altered listing images.
